Contracts

Our process of the agreement is we require a 200.00 retainer (this is refunded should you not be selected as a home) to commence the application process. Click here for our application. Upon approval of your application we require the remainder of your payment to hold for a pup to pay in full. Our deposits of $1580 to 2600 are non-refundable and are transferrable to another pup if some unforeseen circumstances arise we will be happy to extend your deposit to the next litter. Gender, Color, Coat types are not guaranteed. If you specify a gender, color or coat type of a puppy it could take longer than usual for you to get the puppy you desire. If a litter does not take, or too few of puppies are born within the litter, your deposit goes to the next available litter.

 

Refunds are given ONLY for the following reasons: 1) Animal of specification dies or 2) Veterinary or breeder finds unsuitable for sale.

 

A Deposit is a trust. The puppy you have chosen will be held for you until it is ready to leave its mother or agreed upon departure date. All puppies are treated equally with loving care whether the puppy is sold or not. All fees must be paid for before the puppy leaves our home.

 

With very young puppies, you may choose to pay a deposit, or to pay in full right away.
